Kickoff + Glow Party Night

Day 1 – Friday, June 5

10am | Start Your Morning Right
Kick things off with a warm welcome as you arrive. Stop by our check-in station, grab a coffee, and ease into the day with a light breakfast.

12pm | Friendly Competition Begins
Jump into our casual Horseshoe Tournament, perfect for early arrivals and anyone looking for a laid-back start to the weekend.

12-2pm | Midday Social + Vendor Market
Explore our Vendor Market, grab lunch at the bar & restaurant, and relax with music and great company.

1:30-2pm | Official Ribbon Cutting
Join us for the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as we unveil our new updates. Enjoy lunch, live music, and continued access to the vendor market.

2pm | Cornhole Tournament
Get ready for the action with our Cornhole Tournament, featuring structured bracket play and plenty of excitement for both players and spectators.

5-7pm | Live Music + Happy Hour
Unwind with live music, happy hour specials, and more time to browse vendors.

7-9pm | Glow Pool Party
As the sun sets, the party begins. Dive into our signature Glow Pool Party featuring glow sticks, LED floats, upbeat music, and themed drinks. Don’t miss the welcome toast as we celebrate this exciting new chapter.

9-10:30pm | Wind Down the Night
Relax and recharge as we close out an incredible first day.

Play, Celebrate & Crown the Winners

Day 2 – Saturday, June 6

9am | Rise & Play
Fuel up with coffee and enjoy open recreation—hit the pickleball courts or take in the morning at your own pace.

10am-1pm | Pickleball Tournament
Our most competitive event of the weekend! Teams will face off in a 2v2 pickleball tournament, starting with round robin play and advancing to bracket finals.

1-2pm | Lunch Break
Take a break, grab lunch at the bar & restaurant, and enjoy a laid-back afternoon with light music and good company.

2-3:30pm | Bingo Time
Try your luck at Bingo, with prizes ranging from free stays to resort merch, followed by open play for cornhole and horseshoes.

3:30-5pm | Open Play + Finals
Keep the competition going with open play cornhole and horseshoes while vendors remain open throughout the afternoon. Stick around as the day wraps up with tournament finals and awards.

5–6pm | Awards Ceremony + Closing Celebration
Wrap up the day as we celebrate tournament winners, hand out awards, and close out the event with a final thank-you to guests, players, vendors, and the Gulf Breeze community.
